Wine Glasses

Reusable Sydney Cellar Door wine tumblers will be available for purchase on the day. As this is a licensed event, all wine sold for consumption on-site must be be sold in festival glassware.

Water stations

Free water will be available at all times at Sydney Cellar Door. Bottled water and soft drinks will be available to purchase.

Parking

There is very limited parking in the area, so we encourage your to use Public Transport. Sydney Cellar Door is easily accessible by public transport, via ferry, bus, train or light rail, which all stop at Circular Quay.

Ticket Refund

Unfortunately we do not offer ticket refunds for any reasons including; wet weather, change of mind purchases or unable to attend. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Does it cost to attend?

This event is FREE to enter. If you would like to sample wines from NSW wineries, there are Festival Packs from $30, which includes a reusable festival tumbler and 5 x tokens to purchase wines. Token of $5 value will be provided in exchange for purchases.

BYO

No BYO is allowed at Sydney Cellar Door.

Pets

We love your fur-kids, just make sure they’re on a leash!

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Unfortunately we cannot control mother nature - the event will go on rain or shine. In the case of severe or unsafe weather, we will have to cancel the event. Please see Terms and Conditions page for all cancellation information.

Can I use cash?

We will be accepting both Cash and Card at the Sydney Cellar Door in exchange for wine tokens. ATMS located near Circular Quay station.

Hours of operation

Gates will open at 12:00pm and service will conclude at 6:30pm on Saturday 9th, and 4.30pm on Sunday 10th November.

Toilets

There are public toilets located at Circular Quay train station.

Can I bring anyone under 18?

Yes! Sydney Cellar Door is child friendly, so please bring your kids along, as long as they are accompanied by a guardian the whole time.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted within the Festival space.

Terms & Conditions:

Event Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations: The event may be cancelled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond our control.

  2. Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation, pre-purchased festival packs are non-refundable.

  3. Notification: Customers will be notified via email in the case of a cancellation.

Liability Limitation:

Sydney Cellar Door is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the cancellation of the event due to weather or other forced events.
